Steel Plant Automation & Process Control

Electrical Projects, Maintenance & Commissioning
Managed installation, testing and commissioning of Blast Furnace and mill electrical equipment, HT/LT substations, transformers, power distribution systems, motors and process equipment; later led electrical maintenance for critical Blast Furnace operations.

- Delivered automated vehicle tracking, automatic fare collection, control-room systems, server backup/disaster recovery and high-availability ITMS. Also designed and developed several embedded systems for real-time navigation, PLC including remote inputs/outputs, real-time monitoring using handheld devices.
