Mr. Rakesh Gandhi is a B. Tech. from VNIT Nagpur with over 45 years of Experience in various construction sites as head of Projects in various companies including 32 years of experience in SAIL. He was associated with Bhilai Steel Plant in various capacities where he worked on building and nurturing teams apart from the technical areas where his expertise was much sought after. He later worked with reputed companies as Director of Projects. He has also advised and worked on projects with various places, Bangalore, Delhi and Ahmedabad etc,. His team building action leadership and micro planning skills went a long way in creating success stories. His passion to build teams and help them succeed, led him to conceive Top Edge Consulting.

Ananta Gandhi’s work spreads across the residential and commercial spaces. She not only aims to design spaces but reflects the persona of her clients in her works. She takes care of the people who are very sentient about the aesthetic value of their residential spaces. She’s passionate about helping clients make smarter and easier decision about the designs, expenses, space utilization and colours. Mr. Akshat Gandhi has good amount of experience in LGFS technology and had undergone intensive training in construction of Prefabricated LGFS building after completion of his BBM degree from Bangalore. He continued his studies further and acquired his post-graduation degree i.e., MBA in Core Finance from renowned IFIM management institute in Bangalore. Further he gained experience in Projects, Marketing, Sales alongwith Finance. He has overall 7 years of valuable experience in the field and gained tremendous knowledge about the recyclable Cold Formed Steel building construction.
