Size of the Structure
This is left entirely for you to decide. Depending on your requirement, LSF technology can be used to construct houses of varying sizes from 40 m2 garden houses to a 600 m2 villa. Be it a modern or a traditional design, LSF technology makes it possible to construct any type of structure in the most elegant way. The houses can be designed as detachable, semi-detachable or terraced styles, reflecting local features and preferences as well.

Easy to Modify
Steel building allows easy modification of the structure without much hassle. The non-load bearing partition walls can be easily modified or removed, even after years of construction. It is necessary to get the approval of engineers before the modification process. However, addition of new floors to a completed & delivered building is not possible.
